    I never received my order through deliveroo and requested a refund two days later the guy from caprinos called me started arguing with me, why I got a refund then I cut the call off him he then decided to call me on three different numbers harassing and swearing at me, this is such vile behaviour, I'm taking this to head office, police,deliveroo and social media

    Update:Ooh my god, what a rude answer! Your stars hygiene has literally nothing to do with the quality of your so called "ingredients". This should be illegal and people like you should be jailed for selling such a RUBBISH "FOOD" making people sick! Eat this disgusting whatever it is by yourself and don’t give it to anyone else! Dog food is thousand times better quality than this oh my god, I can’t even call this a pizza! Absolutely idiotic staff and disgusting food! AVOID!!!Absolutely rubbish. Cheap, poisonous ingredients. No human invention in this so called pizza. Cooked from frozen, straight from the production line. What a shame.

    Regardless prices for the pizzas these days, when my order came to me I thought it’s a joke. Over £ to get slices, each one of them as one bite. ( attached photo )Event though „thanks” doesn’t seem good to say towards Caprino pizza owner, I must say thanks that you had that day promotion but get . Otherwise I would be twice as disappointed as I still am.The more important aspect is food quality. I have never in my life eaten such bad peperoni as well as mozzarella.Running a bussines is a challenge that not everyone can handle. You can’t afford to buy good quality food don’t run your business! That’s a shame and scam.I was sick for days after I ate your pizza. Never again.EDIT AFTER „owner” RESPOND:Quality of food has nothing to do with hygiene.Do you want pictures of me seating in the bathroom and ? Sorry, I haven’t really thought to take a picture at the time...The way how you respond to all negative reviews says ALL about you. Grow up and get some empathy.     Ordered a Seafood and Meat lovers pizza. Both were...sub par. The reason we ordered as felt like something new and what was shown on the TV advert looked appetising. This was far from the truth.Pizza dough tasted like it came from frozen, toppings and sauce was practically non-existent.The only upside was delivery time and politeness, and the fact the driver came back with change (just a note, if someone wants to pay via cash, maybe send the driver with change).--Edited Reply--First of all, exact change was given, that was the least of my concerns and he was very nice about it and prompt.In regard to the "cashless", make it clearer on your order page about requesting the driver carry change or set to card only to avoid the covid issues.Finally, the meal for that was ordered....we have ordered from other places in the past and I regret to say that your franchise guidelines is below any of your competitors around your area.There was very limited toppings on both pizzas.
